Trump National Golf Club Charlotte, located on the shores of Lake Norman in North Carolina, features state-of-the-art amenities for the whole family to enjoy. With a nationally ranked 18 hole golf course, a five hole short course, and world-class country club amenities, Trump National Charlotte is your picturesque home just a short drive from downtown Charlotte. An active club with over 450 golfing members and families with a wide range of golfers. We are seeking an Assistant Golf Professional who is motivated to advance in their career and grow as part of our team. He or she will assist in all aspects of the Golf Operation throughout the year while creating a first class experience that is up to the standards of the Trump Organization.

Experience Required

All items listed below are preferred but not required for application

- Class A PGA Professional

- Experience with Jonas, Club Essential, and Golf Genius

- Ability to play at a professional level with members and peers

- Have a good working knowledge of the USGA Rules of Golf

Essential Responsibilities

- Maintain a good standing within the PGA of America and progress through levels at a diligent rate if applicable.

- Assist with all Club Events and Tournaments using Golf Genius Tournament Software.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with members and staff.
- Assist the Director of Retail in keeping the golf shop clean and organized.
- Assist the Head Golf Professional and Outside Operations manager with any duties that are inline with the standards of the Trump Golf experience.

- Punctual with great time management skills.

- Member-first service mindset
- A team player that is proactive and has an inquisitive mindset to foster growth and professional development.

- Encouraged to play with members and in Section Events/Pro-Ams.
