The Club at Five Oaks is seeking a motivated Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our agronomy team. This position works directly with the Golf Course Superintendent in maintaining exceptional playing conditions and managing the daily operations of the golf course.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily golf course maintenance and course setup.

Supervise and train crew members.

Assist with irrigation management and repairs.

Apply fertilizers and pesticides in accordance with regulations.

Monitor turf health and course conditions.

Assist with tournament preparation and special projects.

Qualifications

Previous Assistant Golf Course Superintendent experience preferred.

Two-year or four-year degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field; or completion of a recognized Turfgrass Certificate Program.

Tennessee pesticide applicator license, or ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for producing outstanding playing conditions.
