Verdana Village located in Estero, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Administrative Coordinator! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator / HOA Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our homeowner association. Working closely with the General Manager and Food & Beverage Manager, you'll provide administrative support, assist homeowners with a variety of needs, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

- Full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and process HOA assessment payments while maintaining accurate homeowner account records.
- Coordinate and track Architectural Review Committee (ARC) requests, ensuring timely communication and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager with daily operational tasks and special projects.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with homeowner account maintenance, billing inquiries, and account reconciliation.
- Welcome new homeowners by conducting orientations and assisting with community onboarding.
- Issue homeowner identification cards and vehicle transponders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to homeowner inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain organized records and ensure the confidentiality of homeowner information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of office administrative experience.
- Previous experience in administrative support, office management, HOA/community association management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to learn community management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
Other Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of EZ Suite, CINC accounting systems, and ISN Gate software is helpful.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
