Golf Communications has been operating in the UK for nearly 17 years, helping PGA golf professionals to promote their coaching businesses by introducing new customers that have been gifted a golf lesson voucher purchased from any of the major experience gifting agencies and corporate / employee benefits agencies. Lesson vouchers are for 60 minute private lessons and 2 hour playing lessons for 1 or 2 players.
The UK business operates with a network of 150 golf professionals and in the USA we currently have 40 PGA golf professionals, with plans to grow the network to 100 by the end of 2026, and eventually 300 by the end of 2028... Hence the desire to recruit suitable Agents that can support this growth by recruiting a network of PGA golf pros suitably located in all the major cities and conurbations across the USA.
Whilst Golf Communications is a UK limited company, the management team is based in Spain and the USA team of agents will operate under the Golf Pro Locations brand and report into Paul Vines, the Commercial Director.
Company History
- Golf Communications was founded in the UK in 2009 by Paul and Thalia Vines, who are still the majority shareholders
- The UK network is made up of 150 PGA golf professionals covering the whole of the UK
- The US arm of the business - Golf Pro Locations was launched in 2023
- Over the next 3 years our ambition is to create a US network of PGA golf professionals as follows:

End 2027 = 200
End 2028 = 300

Benefits
- The Agent role we are looking to fill is initially part time but could easily evolve into a full time role after a 3 month period
- The Agent is free to work as many hours as they wish (minimum 10 hours/week) - primarily making out bound calls (minimum 40 contacts/week) to golf venues and golf professionals
- Remuneration is made up of:
1) A monthly retainer of $500 (payable at the end of each calendar month)
2) A payment of $80 for each golf pro recruited
3) A bonus of $300 per month for achieving their monthly golf pro recruitment target
