Description
OverviewThe West Coast Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving the growth of Harlestons by establishing and maintaining relationships with greengrass and specialty retail accounts in California, Arizona, and Nevada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for traveling throughout the region, representing our brand, and delivering an exceptional customer experience to our wholesale partners.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the apparel or golf industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a team-player mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the West Coast region.
Essential Responsibilities
- Establish and manage relationships with key wholesale accounts in the defined territory (California, Arizona, Nevada).
- Travel extensively to present and sell the Harlestons line at golf shops, country clubs, and specialty retailers.
- Write and process sales orders, provide order confirmations, and prepare previous season order analyses.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and account meetings to represent the brand and drive sales.
- Manage the logistics pipeline, ensuring on-time delivery of orders through inventory tracking, embroidery proofing, and close communication with operations.
- Provide prompt and detail-oriented customer support, sharing technical product knowledge and inventory availability.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales and operations team to meet and exceed sales goals.
