What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Test Engineer, you'll lead the development of advanced testing systems and measurement technologies that drive product performance and innovation. In this highly technical and strategic role, you'll design, build, and qualify custom test equipment from the ground up-pushing the boundaries of how we evaluate golf club performance.
You'll serve as a subject matter expert in lab process development, scanning technologies, and test automation, while also managing the maintenance and evolution of our existing test infrastructure. This role requires a unique blend of mechanical design expertise, software fluency, and data-driven thinking. You'll collaborate across R&D, engineering, and external partners to ensure our testing capabilities remain cutting-edge and aligned with product development goals.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in precision mechanical design, CAD (NX or SolidWorks), and electro-mechanical assembly
- Proficient in CAD software (NX or SolidWorks), with working knowledge of PLC ladder logic
- Skilled in database and analysis tools such as Access, SQL, MATLAB, or LabVIEW
- Strong attention to detail with a solid technical foundation and hands-on lab experience
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with engineers and technicians
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods in a lab environment
- Domestic and international travel may be required

Pay Range: $105,780.00-$132,122.50
