Requirements

Complete wage and benefit surveys and annual budget surveys and assist with the survey data market matches in the market pricing software

Assist with the development of compensation analysis and recommendations for new hires, internal promotions or market adjustments, while reinforcing overall compensation philosophy; administer compensation process in Workday

Perform market data analysis for grade assignments and structures

Responsible for monthly reporting and assist with / create reports in Workday, analysis of employee information and create models, reports and dashboards in Excel as needed

Maintain and create compensation plans, job profiles, positions and key organizational structures in Workday; work closely with HRIS and Payroll to ensure proper set up and testing when necessary

Assist with creating and updating job descriptions; work with managers and team to ensure accuracy

Support the Annual Compensation Review process in Workday and additional reporting as needed

Serve as support and backup for Organization Chart design, production and software
-
Conduct compensation Workday audits periodically and assist with Workday changes as needed
-
Special projects or other duties as assigned
